Do a proven fitness and diet program and you should definitely get good results. Check out the Fat X Program from http://www.FatX101.com. It’s pretty good at burning off body fat and for getting rid of that belly fast. The workout videos and diet info are free. It worked great for me. Good luck.

Eating less and healthier and cardio
The best and most EFFECTIVE way is…EXCERCISE…dieting is not good
put down the fork and go for a walk..
Lose weight overall. You can’t just lose fat around your belly, that’s not how it works.
Go for a low calorie diet and moderate exercise(like 30 minutes a day)
be sure to do both cardio and weight training(to increase your metabolism.)
A lot of cardio(running,stairs,etc) and stomach exercises(crunches,etc)
smoke cigarettes.
HIIT cardio.
Most people who want to lose weight just figure "Hey, I’ll do an hour of cardio every day and lose 1000 pounds!". But this is not the case.
Here is what you do.
In the morning, before you eat, do your HIIT cardio (High intensity interval training).
The reason you want to do cardio before you eat in the morning is because you will burn off the carbs and calories that are already stored in your body rather than burning off the ones you ate during the day. For instance, if you eat, then do your cardio, you are only burning off what you just ate, not what is already stored in your body, this will do nothing for you.
HIIT cardio is where you walk, and I mean walk for 1 minute, and then do an all out sprint as fast as you can for 30-45 seconds or as long as you can hold it, and then you walk for another minute, that is one set, and you should be doing about 5 sets 3 days a week or more.
Hope that helps, you will burn as many calories doing that for 10 minutes as you will doing an hour of cardio mid afternoon. And you will get way better results.
Sit-ups are the best way.
Do around 20 sit ups a day, to make it easier for yourself, do 10 sit ups in the morning and 10 before you got to sleep. Gradually, increase the amount of sit ups you do day by day. Also, eat healthy foods, nothing that is too heavy for your stomachr fabulous way is by going jogging. Do around half an hour or one hour of jogging or fast walking lifting your knees high.
