What foods should I cut out to get rid of belly fat?

Im a vegetarian and tend to have a lot of carbs in my diet as a substitute for meat i.e. cobs, jacket potatoes, pasta etc.

Im very overweight and have started a exercuse videom, but was wondering can carbs make the fat around my stomach more permanent? What foods should i cut out to get rid of fat

    you don’t need to cut out anything from your diet just switch from white to wholemeal in terms of rice and pasta. You could switch from potatoes to sweet potatoes. Cut back on sugar and reduce processed foods as much as possible.

    reduce refined food. Increase vegetables. If you can’t identify it (like a carrot, apple, etc) don’t eat it- would be the extreme (and effective) solution.

    one thing i have learnt is just have breakfast i still eat what i want when i want that includes burgers and other fatty foods by just having breakfast i have lost just under a stone in a month try that if nothing else
