    Here’s 3 good tips
    1. Cut back on Sugar and carbs. BUT DON’T ELIMINATE THEM FROM YOUR DIET!!!
    2. Don’t use Artificial Sweeteners. They Lead to health problems.
    3. Loads of exercise. Keep it simple like Jogging or push up’s. 45-60 minutes a day.
